Facilities Building Worker

Overview

As a Facilities Building Worker you will perform regularly scheduled cleaning duties in areas such as the following: bathrooms, halls, stairways, lobbies, dining rooms, student rooms, study lounges, offices, and inside and outside entrance ways.

Starting pay is $14.00/hr.

Typical Duties May Include, but not limited to:

• Moping, Vacuuming, sweeping floors
• Cleaning bathrooms, and showers
• Washing windows, tracks, and blinds.
• Painting student rooms and bathrooms
• Furniture set up and tear down
• Conference set-up and tear down
• Parking and loading and unloading
• Turning in lost and found to Supervisor
• Empty garbage and recycling
• Cleaning entry areas of buildings
• Reporting issues to supervisors
• Cleans equipment and restocking supplies at end of work period.

• Demonstrated commitment to outstanding customer service
• Must be able to complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision
• Must be positive and respectful, especially when working with a diverse population

8:30am-5pm availability with nights and weekend possible
