  • Install cabinets, cage spaces, ladder racks, and perimeter containment systems.
  • Fabricate and install heat containment panels, grid systems, and ceiling tiles.

  • Safely transport populated customer cabinets using proper procedures and equipment.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on completed installations.
  • Identify and resolve heat containment and configuration issues.
  • Read blueprints and interpret schematics related to data center infrastructure.
  • Prepare job sites, load and deliver materials, and operate tools and equipment safely.
  • Mentor and support Technician I team members during builds.
  • Interface with customers regarding ticketed support items.
  • Identify billable work and track related tasks appropriately.
  • Maintain tool and supply inventory.
What We’re Looking For
  • You demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and precision.
  • You work safely in live data center environments.
  • You manage tasks independently and meet build deadlines.
  • You communicate clearly with team members and customers.
  • You take ownership of cleanliness and quality standards.
  • You apply sound judgment and solve problems with minimal guidance.
  • You support team success through mentoring and collaboration.
