Assistant Custodial Manager
- University Setting(Janitorial)
University in SE Grand Rapids/Caledonia area
Key Responsibilities- Train, coach, and support custodial staff to ensure consistent quality
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and daily operational needs
- Lead by example by maintaining cleanliness and professionalism
- Step in to assist with cleaning tasks as needed
- Support the Manager with communication and team coordination
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Experience in cleaning, facilities, or a related field
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work evenings
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
