Collision Porter

About the Role

Porter – responsible for cleaning customer vehicles prior to delivery and maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of shop and office facilities.

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the office interior: empty garbage cans, clean floors, dust countertops and work areas.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the production area: empty waste cans, sweep floors, dispose unwanted vehicle parts, and store tools and equipment properly.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary.
• Pre‑wash customer vehicles before repairs begin.
• Perform exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs are complete.
• Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Automotive experience (preferred).
• Clear close vision required.
• Minimum age 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Customer service abilities.
• Positive attitude.
• Trustworthy and reliable.
• Willingness to learn.

• Pulling/Pushing, Carrying, Walking 5+ feet.
• Sitting, Standing 5+ feet.
• Stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl 1+ foot.
• Operate a motor vehicle.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Withstand exposure to working near moving mechanical parts.
• Stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.

$17.00–$19.00 per hour, depending on experience.
