About the Role
Porter – responsible for cleaning customer vehicles prior to delivery and maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of shop and office facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
- Maintain daily housekeeping of the office interior: empty garbage cans, clean floors, dust countertops and work areas.
- Maintain daily housekeeping of the production area: empty waste cans, sweep floors, dispose unwanted vehicle parts, and store tools and equipment properly.
- Maintain parking lots and grounds, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary.
- Pre‑wash customer vehicles before repairs begin.
- Perform exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs are complete.
- Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.
- High school diploma or GED (preferred).
- Automotive experience (preferred).
- Clear close vision required.
- Minimum age 18 years or older.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Customer service abilities.
- Positive attitude.
- Trustworthy and reliable.
- Willingness to learn.
- Pulling/Pushing, Carrying, Walking 5+ feet.
- Sitting, Standing 5+ feet.
- Stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl 1+ foot.
- Operate a motor vehicle.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Withstand exposure to working near moving mechanical parts.
- Stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.

Compensation$17.00–$19.00 per hour, depending on experience.
