Cleaning Supervisor​/Team Lead

Position Overview

Full‑time commercial and residential cleaning position located in Burlington, ON (postal code L7M 1S8). Candidate must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work. Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with optional flexibility for full‑time and part‑time opportunities.

• Perform residential and commercial cleaning duties using the PURE Cleaning System.
• Use non‑toxic cleaning products and maintain safety standards.
• Manage time effectively to meet daily cleaning goals.
• Lift and move items or equipment up to 40 pounds.
• Assist in training and onboarding new cleaning staff.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred:
  One year of professional cleaning experience.
• Driving licence required; G licence is preferred.
• English language proficiency required.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Custodial experience and knowledge of facilities maintenance.
• Ability to drive safely and use company vehicle if provided.

• Pay: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour.
• Full‑time employment.
