We are seeking a hard‑working, innovative, detail‑oriented, and creative team player to join our team as a full-time Pest Control Technician located in the area around Grand Rapids, MI. This position reports to the office in Comstock Park, MI once per week.

• Run a daily route to resolve customer pest concerns and issues.
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order.
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided.
• Mix, apply, and work with pesticides following state and federal laws.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer’s individual needs.
• Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures.
• Advise customers of potential problems.
• Keep management informed of any problems encountered on service routes.
• Maintain proper inventory of pesticides in usage.
• Carry a product backpack that weighs approximately 50 lbs.

• No experience necessary; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Valid US driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two in the past 4 years).
• Undergo a drug test and background check.

• $18.00 - $20.00 an hour and uncapped bonuses.
