Brio Living Services in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Part-Time Resident Services Technician to maintain building systems, perform routine repairs, and support grounds and housekeeping tasks. The role offers 25 hours per week, 2:00 pm–7:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with no weekend shifts.
You will help ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming community for residents and staff. The position requires at least 1 year in maintenance, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license.
