Custodial Services Worker Lead

Aramark is actively seeking a seasoned Custodial Services Worker Lead to join our Facilities & Maintenance team, dedicated to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the institutions we serve. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of custodial staff to ensure optimal cleanliness and sanitation of the assigned facilities.
• Train new and existing staff on proper cleaning techniques, the use of cleaning chemicals, and safety procedures.
• Inspect work performed to ensure that it meets specifications and established standards.
• Plan and prepare employee work schedules.
• Perform and assist with cleaning duties as necessary.
• Conduct inventory and requisition of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation policies within the workplace.
