Grand Rapids Christian High School seeks a Facility Maintenance Custodian to ensure the facility, gymnasiums, arts center, offices and grounds are in good working order. This full-time, full-year role reports to the Facility Maintenance Supervisor and coordinates with the Facility Manager.
Responsibilities include general maintenance and repair across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry, flooring, grounds; snow removal; coordination with service providers; ensuring building security;
