Custodian Team Lead - 1st Shift

Requirements of the Custodian Team Lead:

• Prior leadership experience in a supervisory or similar role, overseeing 5+ employees on a nightly basis
• Ability to work a consistent schedule with flexibility for occasional extended hours as needed
• Background in the janitorial industry preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a diverse team
• Skilled in training, task delegation and motivating team to meet performance goals
• Professional demeanor with team and customer, solutions driven and respectful of client directives
• Familiarity with budgeting, labor forecasting and basic operational planning
• Accountable, honest and willing to take ownership of outcomes and continuous improvement
• Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach and lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to use motorized equipment (vacuum, hand operated floor cleaners)
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety related materials

Must be able to pass a background check

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Shift Time: Roughly 7:30am – 4:00pm (Shift times may vary occasionally)

** Starting pay will be based on experience. Range is $16.50 to $19.00/hour
