The B.O.B. is seeking reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team. Our cleaners play a vital role in ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and overall guest experience across all venues in the building. This position requires flexibility and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing all public and back-of-house areas.
• Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, dining areas, event spaces, and common areas throughout the building.
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles and ensure proper disposal.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of events when needed.
• Monitor cleanliness levels during operating hours and respond promptly to spills or maintenance needs.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards consistently.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to management.

• Prior cleaning, custodial, or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation to and from downtown Grand Rapids.

• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and early mornings as scheduled.
• Flexibility to work holidays and special events is highly preferred.

• $18 to $25 per hour, based upon experience, and evaluation period.
