Sanitation and Facilities Team Member

You will combine production sanitation with general custodial work, helping create an environment where every team can do its best work. • Clean and sanitize production equipment and facility areas.

• Remove meat debris and light grease using approved equipment.

• Safely use cleaning chemicals and high‑pressure hoses.

• Clean restrooms, break rooms, offices, hallways, and shared spaces.

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, disinfect, remove trash, and restock supplies.

• Assist with pre‑operational inspections.

• Document completed work and report maintenance or safety concerns.

• Follow food safety, GMP, chemical‑handling, Lockout/Tagout, and PPE requirements.

• Help with other custodial and facility duties as needed.

• Reliable and dependable work habits.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to safely use cleaning products, tools, and equipment.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Sanitation, janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or facilities experience is a plus-but not required.

• You must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently bend, reach, kneel, and climb stairs, and repeatedly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

Second Shift: Starting at 5:00 p.m-2:30am.
Monday–Friday

• 8–12 hour shifts

• Occasional overtime, weekend, or Saturday work as needed

• Shift assignment based on department needs

• Pay based on experience

• $3/hour shift differential

• $1/hour attendance bonus
