Maintains store operations by maintaining and repairing convenience store equipment, gas systems, monitoring systems, performing preventive maintenance, and general maintenance work in stores.
Essential Functions- Maintain facilities by performing light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
- Provide general maintenance support to sites, including painting, building/repairing structures, interiors, shelving, cabinets, cleaning, and other basic maintenance.
- Maintain store equipment by troubleshooting, repairing, cleaning, and performing preventive maintenance.
- Facilitate repairs by contacting service vendors for materials.
- Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs.
- Participate in training for existing and new equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned or deemed necessary.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Manual dexterity to operate equipment, work in confined spaces, use hand/electric cart, power and hand tools, crouch and/or crawl, use a ladder, and lift up to 80 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple changing priorities and work independently.
- 3–5 years of experience in the A/C, refrigeration, or general maintenance field.
- Must be able to drive a company vehicle to different store locations throughout the division.

WorkEnvironment
The work environment is typically moderate in noise level and includes natural and fluorescent lighting. The employee may experience changes in job duties with or without advance notice.
CompensationPay range: $23.00 – $28.00 per hour.
