Sligan Dispensing - - Responsibilities:
Breakdown response and complex repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize MTTR;
Preventive and predictive maintenance with PM route development and condition-based monitoring;
Mentoring and apprentice development within an Apprenticeship Program; TPM/DTM support including Autonomous Maintenance and standard creation/updates; SMED and changeover support including pre-building sub-assemblies and coordinating with CNC group;
Root cause analysis and documentation using 5-Why, fishbone diagrams, and CMMS;
Continuous improvement and safety initiatives including kaizen and 5S compliance
