Celebration Cinema Rivertown is seeking an Assistant Custodial Lead to support daily cleaning operations and lead the custodial crew. You will assist theatre leaders and the Crew Lead to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming facility for employees and guests.
Responsibilities include training new cleaning staff, promoting core values, coaching performance, coordinating supplies in line with OSHA standards, and participating in routine maintenance and seasonal duties as needed.
