Rogue Community College welcomes applications for a full-time Maintenance Custodian at the Redwood Campus in Grants Pass.
Performs work of a general custodial nature to keep the campus neat, clean, and sanitary. Performs campus safety checks, and reports and/or corrects fire, safety and health hazards. Assists building maintenance staff with large projects and assists others, including students, staff and faculty members, as needed.
Custodial / Cleaning- Evaluation and assessment of cleaning needs of each building
- Clean offices, classrooms, student use areas, staff rooms, kitchens, conference rooms, walkways, and restrooms
- Ensure each building has current Safety Data Sheets (SDS) per OSHA regulations
- Support urgent employee and student requests
- Actively support and participate in large facilities project work

This is a Full‑time Classified, 40 hour per week (100%) position in the Facilities, Management, Planning and Construction department. Starting compensation is entry level for Group 4, on the 2025‑26 Classified Wage Schedule.
Minimum Qualifications- Education – A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Experience – A minimum of three years maintenance custodian experience, including one year experience performing custodial duties in a commercial building, is required.
