What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Service Assistant, you'll bring the LUMA Playbook to life by:

* Responding Promptly:
Take care of maintenance requests quickly and professionally, including A/C and appliance repairs, aiming to resolve most within three days.

* Performing Preventive Maintenance:
Complete scheduled upkeep to keep systems running at peak performance.

* Preparing Units for New Residents:
Ensure apartments are move-in ready with painting, repairs, and touch-ups.

* Supporting Leadership:
Partner with the Service Manager on team support, inventory management, and cost-saving suggestions.

* Maintaining Professionalism:
Build positive relationships with residents and team members while representing LUMA with pride.

* Being On Call:
Take part in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency maintenance needs.
