Job Overview

Technician (Tech II) – maintaining equipment, ensuring safety and sanitation, supporting maintenance of center equipment, building, and systems.

• Perform electrical, mechanical, and technical work related to construction, repairs, preventive, and scheduled maintenance.
• Troubleshoot repairs on games, tellers, pinsetters, and other equipment.
• Disassemble, replace, and repair mechanical and electrical components such as bearings, coils, armatures, and wiring.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Order supplies, tools, and materials as needed.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the mechanic shop and facility.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome and engage guests as a brand ambassador.

• 18+ years of age.
• 1+ years of general knowledge or skill set in repair and maintenance of automated bowling equipment or arcade games.
• Guest‑focused mindset.
• Teamwork ability.
• Strong problem‑solving and multi‑tasking skills.
• Ability to learn and utilize multiple systems that support the business.
• Skilled in practical application of electronics, mechanics, and hydraulics.
• Basic working knowledge of hand tools and ability to use and handle them.
• Ability to work on ladders.
• Capacity to handle equipment up to 250 lbs.
• Knowledgeable of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Ability to wear and work in personal protective equipment.
• Effective communication with management, team members, and guests.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Salary range: $7.25–$17 per hour.
