Job Overview
Technician (Tech II) – maintaining equipment, ensuring safety and sanitation, supporting maintenance of center equipment, building, and systems.
Responsibilities- Perform electrical, mechanical, and technical work related to construction, repairs, preventive, and scheduled maintenance.
- Troubleshoot repairs on games, tellers, pinsetters, and other equipment.
- Disassemble, replace, and repair mechanical and electrical components such as bearings, coils, armatures, and wiring.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Order supplies, tools, and materials as needed.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the mechanic shop and facility.
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
- Welcome and engage guests as a brand ambassador.
- 18+ years of age.
- 1+ years of general knowledge or skill set in repair and maintenance of automated bowling equipment or arcade games.
- Guest‑focused mindset.
- Teamwork ability.
- Strong problem‑solving and multi‑tasking skills.
- Ability to learn and utilize multiple systems that support the business.
- Skilled in practical application of electronics, mechanics, and hydraulics.
- Basic working knowledge of hand tools and ability to use and handle them.
- Ability to work on ladders.
- Capacity to handle equipment up to 250 lbs.
- Knowledgeable of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
- Ability to wear and work in personal protective equipment.
- Effective communication with management, team members, and guests.
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
