We are looking for an experienced Engineer Lead to oversee daily maintenance operations and lead the engineering team at our hotel.

• Operations Management: Lead the maintenance crew, assign projects, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Technical Proficiency: Perform preventative maintenance, respond to guest calls, and resolve work orders in carpentry, painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• Safety Oversight: Maintain a safe environment, respond promptly to alarms, and eliminate hazards.
• Team Leadership: Schedule, motivate, and develop the engineering crew.
• Guest Service: Resolve room repair requests quickly and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Property Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of the grounds, pool, and spa to ensure compliance with health codes.
• Administrative Duties: Complete maintenance forms, keep engineering records accurate, and assist with event support.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Licensed in a trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record required.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised and handle financial information and basic arithmetic.
