Rosewood Services seeks a reliable Maintenance worker to handle simple day-to-day maintenance to multiple property locations and agency vehicles. Must have knowledge to conduct simple to complex repairs to household fixtures, walls, and appliances. Preferred knowledge of simple vehicle repairs such as preventative maintenance. Strong skills for problem solving, a team player, positive attitude.
Job Requirements- Must have physical strength and lift 75 pounds.

- Preferred knowledge of simple vehicle repairs such as preventative maintenance.
- Assist maintenance managers with repairs.
- Process work orders.
- Sick & Vacation Days.
