Perform general, routine maintenance and servicing operations to maintain hospital buildings, grounds, and equipment;
Respond to hospital emergency maintenance calls after normal shop hours and on weekends/holidays;
Conduct periodic inspections of designated buildings and equipment and perform preventive maintenance on building facilities and electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and refrigeration systems;
Maintain documentation of maintenance and repair records in CMMS to ensure compliance with regulations and codes;
Advise management on the general condition of facilities and equipment and recommend improvements
