Building Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Building Maintenance Technician to ensure the optimal operation, safety, and appearance of our facilities. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining building systems, performing repairs, and supporting ongoing maintenance projects. Your expertise will help create a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for all occupants and visitors.
We are seeking a reliable, experienced Maintenance Technician to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and repairs of our assisted living community. This position requires a self-motivated individual with experience in building maintenance, troubleshooting, and resident service.
Responsibilities- General building maintenance and repairs
- Plumbing repairs and troubleshooting
- HVAC maintenance, AC filter cleaning, and minor repairs
- Electrical troubleshooting and repairs
- Interior and exterior painting
- Drywall repair and patching
- Preventive maintenance of equipment and systems
- Light carpentry work
- Maintaining grounds, walkways, and common areas
- Responding to maintenance requests from residents and staff
- Assisting with inspections and regulatory compliance
- Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems
- Ability to diagnose and repair maintenance issues independently
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background screening
- Competitive pay based on experience

- Pay: $24.58 – $29.60 per hour
