Meadow Gold, a DFA farmer-owned brand, is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Manager to lead engineering and maintenance at the Great Falls plant. You will drive asset reliability, oversee capital projects, and optimize productivity while safeguarding safety and sanitation.
Report to DFA leadership, manage engineers and supervisors, and develop preventive maintenance strategies, spare parts inventories, and work order systems to support current and future plant needs.
