- All Levels Pay Range: $22.00 and up per flat rate per hour depending on experience and certifications.

Schedule:

We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll DoPerform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following Lithia and manufacturer standards

Diagnose cause of malfunction

Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements

Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results and time, per company recording and clocking procedures

Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools

What You'll Bring2+ years of automotive repair experienceASE and manufacturer certification, desiredA team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
