Situated on a peaceful 15-acre campus surrounded by pine forest, our specialized treatment center serves firefighters and emergency medical professionals overcoming PTSD, substance use, and behavioral health challenges. We are seeking a skilled and driven Maintenance Manager to help sustain this mission-critical environment. In this role, you will provide hands-on leadership to ensure the campus remains safe, compliant, and fully operational.
What You'll DoWorking closely with the facility leadership team, you will oversee the daily operations, safety, and long-term functionality of the campus.
Core Responsibilities- Protect and maintain the facility's physical assets through proactive maintenance and planning
- Review and respond to recommendations from regulatory, planning, and inspection agencies
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, codes, and healthcare regulations, including Joint Commission standards
- Supervise daily maintenance operations, repairs, and preventative maintenance programs
- Maintain high standards across patient areas, offices, and staff spaces
- Lead fire and life safety efforts, including drills and upkeep of alarms, extinguishers, signage, and evacuation plans
- Oversee contractor and vendor performance and communicate updates to the Operations Director
- Support budget management, including tracking expenditures for materials and equipment
- Participate in training, in-service education, and ongoing professional development
- Perform additional duties as assigned
