Maintenance Technician - Brandywine Green

Grey Star -  - Responsibilities:
Complete assigned work orders and preventive maintenance by diagnosing defects and performing repairs according to safety standards and code requirements;
Make-ready units by completing pre-move-out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, obtaining supplies, completing maintenance tasks, and inspecting work;
Access and manage materials and tools from maintenance department, track inventory, return unused items, and notify supervisor for re-orders;
Complete documentation and paperwork for service requests to ensure proper tracking;
Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities by trash pickup, pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, painting curbs and signage as needed
