Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
About the Role
Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Pines at Southmoor Apartments in Greeley. We are offering up to $24/hr plus $750 quarterly bonuses, full benefits, tool reimbursement, and two weeks paid time off.

We currently manage over 75,000 apartment units in 23 states, making us the 8th largest multifamily owner in the country per NMHC (2024). In addition, Monarch’s ownership also operates Monarch Ski Area near Salida, CO.
Compensation and Benefits- $21-$24/hr
- Yearly raises up to 5%
- Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to $3,000.00 Per Year!
- On-Call Bonus, $100.00 a week when on-call. Min 1.5 hours of pay for any call.
- $50.00 On Call Bonus paid per day for any major holiday worked

Job Duties
- Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority.
- Make ready / turn units between tenants.
- Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications.
- Exterior structural maintenance as needed.
- Manage coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone every 3 to 4 weeks.
- 1+ years' experience in general maintenance.
- Dry‑walling experience including painting and carpentry.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing.
- Some knowledge of HVAC and water heaters.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to provide great customer service to residents.
A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process. This role requires pre‑employment screenings that include a criminal background check, and drug screening.
