Warehouse Associate - Outbound

Shift

12:30 PM - 9:00 PM

• Load and unload product from delivery trucks and vendor shipments
• Stage deliveries and store all product in designated locations
• Ensure inventory is dated and rotated according to schedule
• Inspect products for defects and damages during receiving or shipping
• Obtain appropriate and authorized signatures on paperwork
• Assist in customer pickups, providing exceptional customer service
• Participate in inbound and outbound quality assurance processes
• Operate and maintain order pickers and other warehouse equipment
• Maintain grounds by picking up papers and trash, and cleaning parking lot and entrance
• Maintain stock and merchandise area, keeping it organized and clean
• Ensure cleanliness of offices, bathrooms, warehouse floor, truck docks and aisles through mopping, sweeping, and washing
• Remove trash daily by emptying trash containers, transporting materials to disposal area, and recycling materials
• Clean and sanitize product per company standard operating procedure
• Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date
• Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to maintain a safe work environment
• Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts
• Follow company policies and execute company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation
• Communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations

1+ years general work experience preferred.

• Warehouse environment that involves lifting or moving 100+ pounds
• Sitting, standing, walking, talking, and hearing frequently
• Use of hands and fingers, reaching with hands and arms
• Stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling occasionally
• Sight required to ensure safety for oneself and others
