The Peaks Resort & Spa in Colorado is seeking a Full-Time Year-Round Facilities Maintenance Technician responsible for a variety of maintenance tasks across multiple trades, ensuring safe, rent-ready environments for guests and residents. You will coordinate with the Engineering Supervisor, handle resident maintenance requests with timely updates, and perform seasonal duties including spa and pool maintenance and snow control.
A valid Colorado driver's license and own vehicle are required.
