We are seeking a reliable Grounds Keeper to maintain the overall condition, cleanliness, and functionality of a multi-family residential community.

• 1. Maintain property grounds including trash removal, pet waste cleanup, weed removal, and minor landscaping
• 2. Process minor work orders in occupied units
• 3. Perform minor repairs in vacant units to prepare for move-ins
• 4. Assist with ice and snow removal as needed
• 5. Complete additional duties as assigned

• 1. Ability to move appliances such as stackable washer/dryers with assistance and proper safety equipment
• 2. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

• 1. Maintenance experience in residential or multi-family properties preferred
• 2. Knowledge of tools, appliances, and maintenance equipment
• 3. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• 4. High school diploma or equivalent

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
