Maintenance Assistant

Job Summary:

Assistant to Maintenance, oversee and repair the needs of Cash Depot and Enterprise’s property and buildings.

• Complete minor building repairs as required.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
• Lawn mowing, snow plowing, paint and clean - which provides a safe and pleasant appealing environment.
• Maintain HVAC equipment.
• Maintain minor fleet maintenance and repairs.
• Assemble, move and store building furniture.
• Identify and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Operate as a team player and help to unify the team.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• High School Degree / GED
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to be insured through Company’s risk insurer.
• 3+ year experience in maintenance, carpentry, automotive
• Ability to work safe while utilizing a number of power tools, equipment, maintenance chemicals.
• Knowledge and experience with both electrical, mechanical and wood repairs.
• Excellent communication skills, written/verbal with internal and external contacts.
• Proven ability to be organized, detailed, multi-tasker, critical thinker, accurate, thorough and a problem-solver.
• Ability to adapt to change in the workplace or assignment of duties.

Required to frequently sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, hands or feel, and reach with hands and arms.

The Team Member is occasionally required to lift and/or move 50 pounds, sit; stoop, bend and kneel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

This job operates in a variety of environments, both inside and outside with the fluctuation of temperatures. This role routinely uses a variety of maintenance equipment and tools, etc. This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, occasional overtime required.
