Summary

To maintain the overall cleanliness and neatness of the facility on a daily basis.

Daily cleaning of:

• Restrooms, break rooms, lobby area, receptionist area, mail/copy room, offices, water fountains, conference/training rooms, entrance doors, mopping of hallway and break rooms, including Finance building
• Removal of trash from all areas of facility, recyclables
• Vacuuming of main aisles, entrance-way carpets, and warehouse office rugs
• Vacuuming of cubicles and offices when dusting is done (1/2 building every week)

Weekly cleaning of:

• Lab, fitness area, and break room refrigerators

Sweeping of stairs bi-weekly

Other responsibilities:

• Stock all restrooms with paper products as needed
• Notify maintenance of any repairs needed
• Launder all cleaning cloths and linens

Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
