Janitorial Worker

This role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment throughout a large, multi-use facility. You will clean and sanitize bathrooms, breakrooms, office areas, and workout areas, and you will rotate through different sections of the facility on a day-to-day basis.

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, floors, mirrors, and other fixtures to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Clean and sanitize breakrooms, including wiping surfaces, cleaning tables and chairs, and ensuring trash and recyclables are properly removed.
• Maintain cleanliness in office areas by dusting, wiping surfaces, and ensuring floors and common areas remain tidy and presentable.
• Clean and sanitize workout areas, including equipment, floors, and high-touch surfaces to support a safe and sanitary environment.
• Rotate through various sections of the facility each day according to assignment, ensuring all designated areas are cleaned thoroughly and on schedule.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times while using cleaning products and equipment.
• Stand and move for extended periods during the shift to complete cleaning tasks throughout the facility.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues observed during cleaning to the appropriate contact.
• Maintain a consistent attendance record and arrive on time for scheduled shifts.

• Ability to perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, wiping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Comfort with production and general labor tasks in a large facility environment.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift while performing cleaning duties.
• Strong focus on safety and adherence to safety procedures when handling cleaning products and equipment.
• High level of reliability and consistent attendance.
• Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required.

• Experience in janitorial, custodial, or general labor roles is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across assigned areas.
• Willingness to learn and follow established cleaning standards and protocols.

This position is based in a large, approximately two-million-square-foot facility that includes bathrooms, breakrooms, office spaces, and workout areas. You will work on-site and move frequently throughout the building to cover different sections each day. Shifts are structured, with a day shift from 4:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and a second shift from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The work requires standing for up to 8 hours, performing general labor and cleaning tasks, and consistently following safety guidelines when using cleaning products and equipment.

This is a Permanent position based out of Green Bay, WI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00/hr.
