Our client, in the facilities management industry, is seeking a Janitorial Associate to join their team. As a Janitorial Associate, you will be part of the cleaning and maintenance department supporting the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:

Green Bay, WI

Pay: $18.00

Shift: First shift: 4:30am-1:00pm OR Second shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm

• Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the facility
• Dust and wipe vertical surfaces to maintain cleanliness
• Clean and sanitize various areas to ensure a hygienic environment
• Vacuum and dust mop floors regularly
• Restock cleaning supplies and products as needed

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Comfortable walking 4 to 5 miles daily and performing physical tasks
• Ability to wear steel-toed footwear throughout the shift
• Adaptability to changing daily tasks and environments
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
