Maintenance Supervisor

HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor in the Food & Beverage manufacturing industry in Green Bay, WI!

Salary:
Up to $90,000/year (DOE)

Shift: 3rd Shift | Sunday–Thursday | 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM (OT as needed)

About the Role

This role leads maintenance operations on 3rd shift, ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and driving preventive and predictive maintenance programs. You'll act as the go-to technical leader while coaching and developing a maintenance team in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct maintenance technicians, assigning daily work and managing priorities
  • Lead and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical (up to 480V) and mechanical equipment issues
  • Support maintenance planning through CMMS systems (SAP or similar)
  • Oversee repairs, equipment changeovers, and new line installations
  • Coordinate parts, inventory, and maintenance resources
  • Assist with capital projects and plant improvement initiatives
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance team members
  • Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with operations to maintain efficient plant performance
Qualifications
  • 2–5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Prior leadership, lead, or supervisory experience
  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with CMMS systems (SAP preferred)
  • Knowledge of motor controls, automation, and process systems
  • Ability to lead teams, prioritize work, and drive results
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Technical degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
