Food Talent Solutions is conducting a search for a Maintenance Manager on behalf of a growing food manufacturer in the Green Bay, Wisconsin area.
This leader will oversee all maintenance operations for a 120-employee facility, ensuring equipment reliability, preventative maintenance execution, workforce development, and continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting plant performance through effective maintenance leadership and operational excellence.
Key Role Information- 120-Employee Food Manufacturing Facility
- Reports to Plant Leadership
- Leadership Responsibility for Maintenance Supervisor and 10 Maintenance Technicians
- Oversight of Preventive Maintenance, Equipment Reliability & Continuous Improvement
- Well-established and growing food manufacturer
- Highly visible leadership role with significant influence on plant performance
