Adecco is recruiting for Maintenance Mechanics for a Direct Hire opportunity with a premier food manufacturer in Walworth, WI

- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections
- Support facility utility systems, including boilers and related equipment
- Complete maintenance work orders and maintenance documentation
- Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime
- Follow all safety, quality, and food safety standards
- Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment
- Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems preferred
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Food manufacturing experience is a plus
