4M Building Solutions is looking for reliable and motivated Part-Time Floater Cleaners to support our cleaning operations.

As a Part-Time Floater Cleaner, you will be assigned to one specific building each night. You will travel directly from your home to your assigned location and return home after completing your shift. You will not routinely travel between multiple locations, but reliable transportation is required.

You will check in with your manager each day and work independently to complete the essential cleaning responsibilities within the scheduled hours.

• Complete basic cleaning duties at the assigned building.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment.
• Perform essential cleaning tasks efficiently and within the scheduled hours.
• Follow daily assignments and instructions from your manager.
• Communicate with your manager regarding building needs, assignments, or any issues.
• Address additional cleaning needs when requested or when an area requires attention.
• Perform tasks such as trash removal, vacuuming, mopping, and other general cleaning duties.
• Maintain dependable attendance and arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
• Safely operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and carpet-cleaning equipment when needed.

• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively and complete assigned work within scheduled hours.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with management.
• Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team.
• Previous commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not required.

This position is focused on efficiently completing essential cleaning work within the scheduled time. Floaters are not expected to routinely perform extensive detail cleaning unless there is a specific need or an area requires additional attention.

The goal is simple: arrive on time, complete the essential cleaning tasks efficiently, communicate with your manager, and finish within the allotted hours.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Flexibility to perform various cleaning duties, including trash removal, vacuuming, mopping, and operating floor scrubbers, buffers, or carpet-cleaning equipment.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to travel to assigned locations and, when needed, surrounding towns.
