We are seeking an individual to lead maintenance and reliability efforts at our consumer packaged goods (CPG) Packerland manufacturing facility in Green Bay, Wisconsin. In this role, you will provide leadership for maintenance, reliability, and facilities activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations that maximize asset performance and support production objectives. The Maintenance and Reliability Leader will lead a team of maintenance professionals, develop reliability strategies, and partner closely with operations, engineering, and EHS teams to drive continuous improvement across the facility.

Our facility manufactures high-quality consumer products in a fast-paced production environment. The Maintenance and Reliability Leader plays a critical role in helping the site achieve operational excellence through strong leadership, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement.
What You Will Do- Lead and develop maintenance supervisors, planners, and skilled maintenance technicians.
- Drive a culture of safety, compliance, and operational excellence across all maintenance activities.
- Support the development and execution of preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance strategies.
- Improve equipment reliability and overall asset effectiveness through data-driven decision making.
- Partner with operations teams to identify and eliminate recurring equipment failures and production losses.
- Manage maintenance planning and scheduling processes to optimize labor and resource utilization.
- Oversee maintenance budgets, contractor performance, and capital maintenance expenditures.
- Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and new asset installations.
- Utilize root cause analysis and reliability methodologies to improve long-term asset performance.
- Build team capability through coaching, development, and performance management.
- Collaborate and share knowledge with peers across the greater Georgia-Pacific organization.
- Experience leading maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading and developing maintenance teams.
- Knowledge of maintenance and reliability best practices.
- Experience improving equipment reliability and operational performance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across operations, engineering, and support functions.
- Experience using CMMS and maintenance planning systems.
- Experience in a consumer products, packaging, paper, or high-speed manufacturing facility.
- Experience using SAP for maintenance planning and execution.
- Knowledge of reliability engineering, root cause analysis, and predictive maintenance.
- Experience managing maintenance budgets and capital improvement projects.
