Role Description

The Maintenance Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Green Bay, WI, responsible for overseeing maintenance activities in a manufacturing environment. This role includes planning, coordinating, and supervising equipment maintenance and repair to ensure reliable operations and minimal production downtime. The Maintenance Manager will develop and implement preventive maintenance programs, manage maintenance schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Daily tasks include leading and mentoring maintenance team members, collaborating with production and engineering staff, managing maintenance budgets and spare parts inventory, and continuously improving maintenance processes and performance.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and experience leading maintenance or technical teams.
  • Candidates should possess expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • Candidates should possess capabilities in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Management, including planning and optimizing maintenance programs.
  • Relevant qualifications such as experience in nonwovens, pulp and paper, or related manufacturing, familiarity with CMMS systems, and knowledge of safety and regulatory standards are beneficial.
  • A technical degree or certification in engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field, along with solid problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills, will be advantageous.
