We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and reliability efforts at our consumer packaged goods (CPG) manufacturing facility in Green Bay, Wisconsin. In this role, you will provide leadership for maintenance, reliability, and facilities activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations that maximize asset performance and support production objectives.
Your JobWe are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and reliability efforts at our consumer packaged goods (CPG) manufacturing facility in Green Bay, Wisconsin. In this role, you will provide leadership for maintenance, reliability, and facilities activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations that maximize asset performance and support production objectives.
The Maintenance Manager will lead a team of maintenance professionals and partner closely with operations, engineering, and EHS teams to execute the asset maintenance work process.
Our TeamOur facility manufactures high-quality consumer products in a fast-paced production environment. The Maintenance Manager plays a critical role in helping the site achieve operational excellence through strong leadership, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement.
What You Will Do- Lead and develop maintenance supervisors, planners, and skilled maintenance technicians.
- Drive a culture of safety, compliance, and operational excellence across all maintenance activities.
- Ensure discipline and accountability for execution of the asset maintenance work process of planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance activities.
- Oversee the staffing and hiring process of a team of approximately 110 members.
- Oversee the training and development of coaches and technicians.
- Manage maintenance planning and scheduling processes to optimize labor and resource utilization.
- Build team capability through coaching, development, and performance management.
- Three or more years of experience leading maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading and developing maintenance teams.
- Knowledge of maintenance and reliability best practices.
- Experience improving equipment reliability and operational performance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across operations, engineering, and support functions.
- Experience using CMMS and maintenance planning systems.
- Experience in a consumer products, packaging, paper, or high-speed manufacturing facility.
- Knowledge of reliability engineering, root cause analysis, and predictive maintenance.
- Experience using SAP for maintenance planning and execution.
- Experience managing maintenance budgets and capital improvement projects.
