Sanitation Technician - 1st Shift

Wage: $18.00/hr to start (Advanced roles can earn up to $24.00/hr)
Shift: 1st Shift, full-time (some weekend work required)
Location: Green Bay, WI
Position Summary: In this role, you'll be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing production areas, equipment, and facility surfaces following a set Master Cleaning Schedule. You'll work with cleaning equipment and industrial-strength chemicals (all training and PPE provided) to ensure strict compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Key Responsibilities- Wash and sanitize production equipment and surfaces
- Operate hoses, scrubbers, and lifts as needed
- Sweep, mop, and perform general facility cleaning
- Work at various heights using ladders or scissor lifts
- Follow all safety procedures and food safety regulations
- Previous sanitation or cleaning experience preferred, but not required
- Must be able to stand, bend, lift, reach, and perform physical tasks for 8+ hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights
- Strong attendance record and ability to follow detailed instructions
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- No jewelry, piercings, watches, nail polish, or false nails
- No shorts, skirts, capris, or clothing with holes
- Hairnets, beard nets (if applicable), and uniforms are required (provided by the company)
