Vesta Property Services is seeking a maintenance technician to support daily facility upkeep at Cross Creek North CDD in Green Cove Springs, FL. The role covers exterior and interior maintenance, pool care, and basic trades under limited supervision.
Responsibilities include painting, plumbing, electrical work, and assisting with furniture setup for events. High school diploma or GED preferred; CPO certification is a plus; occasional travel may be required.
