General Site Tech​/CDL Driver

• Ensure all machinery and production equipment are operational at all times.
• Perform daily Preventative Maintenance (PM’s) and repairs on all equipment while maintaining complete logs.
• Troubleshoot issues with all plant machinery, including conveyors, elevators, valves, and all production equipment.
• Maintain accurate reports detailing issues, causes, and solutions.
• Keep work area organized and clean.
• Maintain inventory records and order stock parts.

• Conduct pre‑trip inspections, make minor adjustments, and submit a report indicating truck condition.
• Load truck with a forklift or skid‑steer and drive to its assigned destination.
• Perform daily routes, some overnight stays, and other tasks as assigned.

• Work directly with production and quality foreman.
• Assist with monitoring production process equipment to maintain optimal specifications.
• Assist with making adjustments to the system as directed.
• Assist with maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Must have the ability to operate a forklift and a skid‑steer.
• Must possess a Driver’s License with a CDL and a valid medical card.
• Standard First Aid card and adult CPR card is preferred.
• Ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Ability to add, subtract two‑digit numbers and multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s.
• Ability to perform operations using units of weight measurement, volume, and distance.
• This position requires frequent lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds and occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 100 pounds.
