First Service Residential - - Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning and maintenance duties including sweeping, mopping, shampooing, dusting, polishing, trash disposal, replacing light bulbs, and window cleaning;
Inspect assigned building/ property areas daily and report discrepancies to Supervisor;
Maintain sanitary and cleaning supplies and ensure safe handling of cleaning chemicals per OSHA requirements;
Complete daily work orders and assist in emergency cleaning; maintain equipment in good working condition;
Clean restrooms, empty trash, refill dispensers, and maintain professional and friendly demeanor
