Coordinate team support and performance of diverse activities related to laboratory and facility services, shipping and receiving supply chain functions, building and equipment maintenance, and project development;
Respond to emergency, after hours, and trouble calls and oversee the repair of the systems through completion;
Manage the execution of vendor-led scheduled and non-scheduled work requests and special projects, coordinating activities of non-staff vendors;
Perform monitoring, daily rounds, and inspection of facility equipment and architectural features;
Understand sequences for proper building operations and functionality of building automation systems
