Are you a Maintenance Manager, Reliability Manager, or Engineering Manager from a high-volume manufacturing, logistics, or automated environment looking to take ownership of maintenance operations across multiple locations?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization in a highly autonomous senior leadership role where you'll have the freedom to shape maintenance strategy, influence operational decision-making, and lead major improvement initiatives across a national network of facilities.

The company is a large-scale industrial operation with significant investment planned across its facilities, equipment, and infrastructure. They are seeking a proven maintenance leader to support continued growth while improving operational performance and equipment reliability across multiple sites.

In this role, you will provide leadership and technical guidance to site maintenance teams, oversee equipment performance initiatives, support major investment projects, and help standardize maintenance practices across the business. You will work closely with operational leaders to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and support long-term business objectives.

• Lead maintenance and reliability initiatives across multiple facilities.
• Support site teams with equipment performance and operational improvements.
• Develop maintenance standards, processes, and best practices.
• Travel approximately 25% across the network.

• Maintenance, reliability, or engineering leadership experience.
• Background within manufacturing, logistics, distribution, or automated operations.
• Experience leading projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Comfortable supporting multiple locations and travelling as required.
