Maintain safe, sanitary food handling and equipment techniques in a fast-paced hospital environment;
Use gloves when handling trays and adhere to policies for cleaning of dishes and utensils;
Perform all five main dish-room tasks: tray assembly, cart delivery/retrieval, tray removal, loading and unloading;
Operate conveyor-type dish machine and ensure accurate tray/dish throughput;
Maintain HACCP, JCAHO and DPH-compliant temperature, QC and QA logs
