Building & Facility Maintenance

Ford & Toyota of Greenfield is seeking a dedicated Building & Facility Maintenance professional to join our team in Greenfield, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep, safety, and functionality of our facility, supporting a productive and safe working environment.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and facility issues to promptly resolve problems
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of facility areas
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and codes
• Support facility improvement projects as needed

• Previous experience in building or facility maintenance preferred
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems, and general maintenance skills
• Experience plowing snow a plus but not required
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Competitive hourly wage of $20.00 - $24.00
