As a Housekeeping Supervisor and Central Supply
, you will be responsible for leading a team of housekeeping staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our facilities. You will also oversee the purchasing, inventory management, and distribution of supplies to ensure that our departments have the necessary resources to provide exceptional patient care. Your strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will be crucial to your success in this role.

• Lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of facilities, including patient rooms, common areas, and equipment
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company protocols
• Oversee the central supply department, including purchasing, inventory management, and distribution of supplies
• Collaborate with department staff to identify and address supply needs and ensure timely delivery of necessary items
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to secure competitive pricing and ensure prompt delivery of supplies
• Maintain accurate records and reports of inventory levels, supply usage, and cleaning schedules
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continually improve processes and patient care
